Joe Meszaros is an accomplished real estate professional, founder, and owner of M&M Property Management Group D/B/A Sunset Real Estate, who stands out for his strong passion and fierce determination to help buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals through a seamless experience. While growing up, Joe's love for homes and home design began at just the age of 8 when he worked with his father in home construction and fine cabinetry. He gained extensive knowledge about real estate from a young age and always desired to venture into the industry to help others achieve their real estate dreams.  

Driven by a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals of owning and building wealth through real estate, Joe is determined to maneuver easily through the challenging and competitive market conditions to ensure they are happy and satisfied. With a strong educational background in business management, a vast wealth of experience in the real estate industry, and great knowledge of the local market, Joe strives to guide, advise, and educate his clients, effectively empowering them to make well-informed financial decisions. Highly motivated Broker, Joe acquired his Real Estate Agent license in 2010 and real estate Broker license in 2012. He started with the management of 1 home and is now a full-blown real estate management company with over 250 properties under management, active in building new constructions single-family homes, multi-family apartment buildings, and building investment portfolios for clients from around the world. His most recent projects include; locating of an investment opportunity, acquisition, renovation, and management of a small boutique hotel in Siesta Key, FL. 

Joe is keen on changing the real estate industry by helping investors build wealth by creating long-term savings and a constant flow of passive income. He is reputable for his great knowledge about value recommendations, the "numbers" on a deal, and possible costs involved in rehab and renovation of properties. His emphasis on building strong and lasting professional relationships and his ability to generate passive income for his clients through a smooth and stress-free process, have earned him client trust and confidence and given him the pleasure of working with repeat and referral clients. 

In his spare time, Joe enjoys traveling to new places, participating in auto rallies and racing, and relaxing on the sand bars around Siesta Key, FL with family, friends, and co-workers. He is also fluent in English and Hungarian and employs a diverse agent roster to assist clients from around the world.
